Navarre High School Class of 2020 Pictures and Video of their Senior Led Graduation
In a time filled with uncertainty, I was honored to photograph a truly special milestone for the Navarre High School Class of 2020.
Like graduating seniors across the country, these Navarre High School seniors faced uncertainty about whether they would experience a traditional graduation ceremony. Instead of allowing that uncertainty to take away from everything they had accomplished, the students found a creative way to celebrate together with a student-led graduation event.
With creativity and determination, these high school seniors transformed their graduation experience into something unforgettable. Each graduate decorated their vehicle, turning the Navarre High School parking lot into a colorful procession celebrating their accomplishments.
As they drove through the school grounds, there was a wonderful sense of unity among the graduates. Being there to document this unique moment through senior and graduation photography was both an honor and a humbling experience.
But their celebration didn't end at the school.
The graduates continued their journey to beautiful Navarre Beach, Florida, where they gathered together to celebrate this important milestone. Against the backdrop of the Gulf of Mexico, the seniors listened to words from their valedictorian and celebrated everything they had accomplished together.
Photographing the graduates at Navarre Beach made this already unique graduation celebration even more memorable. The white sand, Gulf water, and Florida sky created a beautiful backdrop as these students marked the end of their high school years and prepared for whatever came next.
Looking back on the Navarre High School Class of 2020, it's incredible to think about how much life has changed since that day. Some of these graduates went on to college, careers, military service, and other adventures, while others began building families and creating entirely new chapters in their lives.
Their graduation may not have looked like the traditional ceremony they had imagined, but their determination to celebrate together created a memory that was uniquely theirs.
